Mama Beulah's House
This unit, complete with an inner lighting feature, is our take on the local Trinbagonian gingerbread house. The features of the house and yard... potted anthuriums, concrete wash-tub, shoemaker's bench and more...are designed to inspire that old-time country home feel of which so many of us have fond memories. From the wooden louvred windows to the old water drum and galvanized sheet, Mama Beulah's House is every collector's dreamhouse symbol of old trini life and living.

Ms. Lutchmin's House
Sitting perfectly between the old and the new, this diorama presents us with a culturally familiar setting, the Hindu home. Built on stilts, the house tells the story of progression in its old wooden façade with newer concrete extension. The jhandi, the hammock, the chulha, the deeyah... all classic features of a Hindu abode, collectively evoke that sense of nostalgia to which all of us can easily relate. Pick a hibiscus flower and offer it in reverence as you enjoy this trip down memory lane to Ms. Lutchmin's House.
